Dear Owners,

 The Annual General Meeting is planned for the 24th April 2016.

We expect that probably the number of members present then, will not be sufficient. Therefore the definitive meeting will be planned on: 1st May 2016 at 16.00 hr. in Club Konak Garden 2.

 

All owners will be invited by e-mail. Information about the topics to be discussed in the meeting will be available on the club’s website www.clubkonakgarden.nl

 

Provisional meeting agenda:

1.            Opening

2.            Resignation of current Board

3.            Designation and appointment of new Board

4.            Questions of members present

5.            Put down decisions list and approval to record the decisions made in the meeting in a decision list.

6.            Adjourning
